The Santos Futebol Clube has started reforming its youth training center, with an expected inauguration on June 9, 2025. The project, located within the CT Rei Pelé, will be fully funded by NR Sports, Neymar's family company, and its partners, ensuring a savings of around R$ 8 million for the club.

What happened?

The need for the project was identified by Léo Bastos, former left-back and current coordinator of the Santos youth team. The management is in charge of Altamiro Bezerra (NR Sports) and the execution was carried out by ModuLight, a joint venture between Lightwall and the SteelCorp Group.

Why is it important for Santos Futebol Clube?

President Marcelo Teixeira highlighted the importance of the new complex for the formation of young athletes and reinforced his confidence that the project will have a positive and lasting impact on the club's future. The entire initial assembly was done outside the club, at the Litoral Plaza Shopping, ensuring agility and without impacting the CT's activities.

What comes next?

With 1,100 m² of built area, the new center will be a reference in innovation, sustainability, and sports excellence. The Santos Futebol Clube and NR Sports have, alongside them in the construction of the new training center, the partnership of ModuLight, the result of the joint venture between LightWall and the SteelCorp Group, in addition to the support of several companies.
